Owner’s representation

It is a service of full assistance during the project life. It starts from the preliminary stages at the level of decision making, up to the completion of project construction, delivery and starting of business running. It includes:

Project definition, involving a series of feasibility studies and construction design studies,
Programming and managing the project
Architectural and engineering design phase, and the additional shop drawing preparation
Management of the contract awarding process
Supervision, scheduling, coordination and management of the building phase, to the total completion of work and delivery, ensuring safe and compliant execution methods with standards, regulations and meeting cost/time objectives

Construction supervision and Project Management

This service includes:

Coordination of the architectural and engineering design phase, and the additional shop drawing preparation
Budgeting & scheduling

Technical Audit – Procurement Optimization

Design and build
